Data Retention Policy

Retention and use commitments for Rodin API payloads and generated output.

Effective date: August 3, 2026

This API-specific policy applies to request payloads sent to the Rodin API, including prompts and uploaded files, and to output generated from those requests. It does not replace the Hyper3D Privacy Policy, which governs account, payment, device, usage, support, and other personal data.

Commitments

  • API request payloads and generated output are retained in active systems for a fixed period of 7 days and are deleted from those active systems when the period expires.
  • API request payloads and generated output are not used to train models.
  • Generated API output is not published to public ASSETS.
  • API request payloads and generated output are not made available to other users or shared with third parties for their independent purposes.

Necessary processing and exceptions

Service providers may process this data only as necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the API on our behalf and under applicable contractual restrictions. Legally required retention, narrowly scoped security and abuse-prevention audit metadata, and data remaining temporarily in protected backups are exceptions to active-system deletion. The purposes, safeguards, retention limits, and user rights for these cases are governed by the Hyper3D Privacy Policy.

Controller and contact

For the English-language service, the official Privacy Policy identifies Deemos Corporation as the operator and data controller. Controller details can vary by user location; use the current Privacy Policy for the entity and address applicable to you.

Questions about privacy or this API policy can be sent to hello@deemos.com.
