Rodin add-on for Blender
Install Rodin Bridge and use Rodin generation controls in Blender.
Introduction
The Rodin add-on for Blender brings image-based Rodin generation into Blender. You can configure generations, use selected objects with ControlNet, and import completed assets through a workflow connected to the Rodin web interface.
Overview
The Rodin panel connects your Blender workflow to Rodin generation controls.

Installation
Verified versions
The add-on requires Blender 4.0 or later and Google Chrome 116 or later. Other configurations have not been verified.
Installation steps
- Download the add-on ZIP file from the Add-on control on the Rodin home page.
- In Blender, select Edit > Preferences.

- Open Add-ons, select the menu in the upper-right corner, and choose Install from Disk.
- Select the downloaded ZIP file without extracting it.

- Enable RodinBridge using its checkbox. Open it from the Rodin button in the 3D viewport panel.
Basic usage
Some steps take place in Blender and others continue in the Rodin web interface.
Single-image generation
Add an input image, set ControlNet to None, select One Click, adjust the remaining settings, and submit the generation.

The Rodin web interface opens automatically if needed. Enable its floating window to monitor progress. When generation finishes, the asset is imported into Blender.

To import a featured or previously generated asset, hover over it in Rodin and select Export.

Advanced functions
ControlNet
Select an object in Blender, choose a ControlNet mode, and adjust the available settings. The settings correspond to those in the Rodin web interface.

Multi-view mode
Use Load Image to add multiple input images. Rodin treats them as views of the same object for multi-view generation.
Generation mode
One Click runs the generation flow automatically. Manual requires you to complete each stage in the floating window, following the same flow as the Rodin web interface.
